Job Title: Steel Structure Erection

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee site operations, ensure flawless execution, and deliver results across multiple locations.

About the Role:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with site teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor on-site work quality, safety, and adherence to client specifications, resolving any challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  2. Manage site operations remotely, providing clear guidance to site supervisors and ensuring seamless communication with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  3. Liaise with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely material dispatch and coordinate with resource teams for efficient allocation.
  4. Maintain up-to-date MIS reports for management review, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in project or operations management, preferably in construction/industrial domains.
