Job Title: Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of web projects. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a senior project leader and be responsible for coordinating and managing web project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings.
  • Ensure quality of content with quick, effective turnaround on website changes, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Consistently monitor the website, staying aware of brand strategy and adapting to changes as needed.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather and analyze data on website performance, making data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with the senior project leader to ensure that project objectives are met and that project deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
