Project Leader Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee our Skid projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading project teams, developing in-depth knowledge of fabrication practices and components, and coordinating various manufacturing techniques and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of fabrication practices, materials, and components to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of various manufacturing techniques and schedules to meet project requirements.
  • Organize resources for projects, production, planning, and maintenance activities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Establish objectives, standards, and production schedules with cost and delivery effectiveness to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Skid industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Working knowledge of computers and commercial/contractual terms to manage projects efficiently.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ASME, IBR, EN Codes, and other relevant industry standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prime vera certification or equivalent.
  • MS Project experience or similar project management software.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of specifications and standards of reputable EPCs/EIL/process licensors.
