Job Summary:

Nestaway is India's fastest-growing managed home rental company, operating as a part of Aurum PropTech Ltd. As an Area Sales Manager at Nestaway in Indore, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the assigned area.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Nestaway's presence in the region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate or rental industry.

- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12-15 lakhs, depending on experience and qualifications.
