
Business Development Liaison

A key position for a driven individual seeking to develop their skills in client engagement and relationship building.
This role involves managing inbound client inquiries, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions effectively to drive conversions.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
- Understanding client requirements and communicating how our solutions can address them.
- Qualifying leads, preparing customized proposals, and following up to drive conversions.
- Collaborating with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
- Maintaining accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Partnering with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
