Job Title: Customer Care Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team at CapTalent HR. As a Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to address recurring customer concerns and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English with fluency in Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer handling, with a focus on managing escalations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Working Conditions:

• Salary: 18,000 to 21,000 per month
• Fixed shift: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (9 hrs)
• 6 days working days (Sunday fixed week-off)
