Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer Lead

Juego Studio is a leading digital product design company seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer Lead to lead and innovate in the design of our digital products, including web, mobile web, and social media graphics. This role demands a blend of creative vision and technical proficiency, ensuring compelling, user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile web that align with our brand's vision and user needs.
  • Graphic Design Production: Create visually appealing graphics tailored for social media posts, banners, and promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate user experience strategies that align with business objectives.
  • User Research and Testing: Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring optimal user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other design software.
  • Strong ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into clear and engaging designs.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
