Job Title: Deputy Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the implementation of effective security measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining a robust control environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site audits and joint inspections with relevant authorities to verify adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance awareness among stakeholders regarding compliance best practices and industry standards.
  • Prepare, review, and validate inspection reports and checklists to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Engage with authorized representatives from various organizations to facilitate inspections and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of total experience, with at least 2-3 years of relevant work history.
  • Proven expertise in auditing procedures and methodologies.
  • Exceptional written communication, attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of current accounting and auditing principles, policies, and internal controls.
  • Understanding of the exchange ecosystem and operations.
