**Senior International Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity**

We are a leading provider of outsource services to top Real Estate Marketing companies in the world. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and forward-thinking products.

As a Senior International Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our clients in Ontario, Canada, achieve their goals. You will work independently to resolve customer queries, provide expert solutions, and offer unparalleled service via phone, email, or chat.

You will be an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Punctuality and a strong commitment to professionalism.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
  • A knack for organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Exceptional business communications skills in English language for phone, chat, and email support.
  • A laptop/PC, headphone, a smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection, as well as a quiet workspace.
  • Proficiency in office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc., with the ability to learn new tools as needed.

Our recruitment process includes:

  • Initial interview at our India office
  • Further interview at our Head Quarter (Canada) office
  • Trial period of one week or two weeks, depending on requirements

Mon-Fri - 9 hours between 5:30 pm to 9:00 am. Weekend availability required. US Shift
