Secure Operations Specialist Job Description

About Cybersecurity Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring security alerts, incidents, and system vulnerabilities.
  • Implementing security policies, controls, and best practices.
  • SUPPORTING AUDITS, COMPLIANCE, AND RISK ASSESSMENTS.
  • Training employees on cybersecurity awareness.
  • Responding to incidents and coordinating recovery efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 0–3 years in IT security; new graduates with relevant certifications are welcome.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, SIEM tools, or vulnerability management.
  • Strong analytical and incident-response skills.
