Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the recruitment and selection process for Technical & Non-Technical hiring in Real Estate, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance management and employee relations by effectively addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, promoting a positive working environment.
- Craft HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, driving long-term performance through effective organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees until exit, maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry developments and implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate in HR Audit processes to ensure compliance and optimize HR practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong people-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies and enhance recruiting skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgment.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
