Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to lead, monitor, and innovate across multiple HR functions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with HR systems, strong in employee relations, and capable of driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Employee Experience

    • Monitor and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
    • Conduct and monitor onboarding assessments.
    • Oversee asset allocation and management for new joiners.
    • Provide employee support by handling queries, resolving issues, and driving innovative approaches to enhance employee experience.

  • Policies & Processes

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR policies.
    • Build and standardize HR processes.
    • Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures.

  • HR Systems & Reporting

    • Drive the adoption and utilization of Keka HRMS.
    • Prepare and lead HR reports for management.
    • Conduct report analysis and implement improvements.

  • Payroll & Compliance

    • Oversee end-to-end payroll management.
    • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.
    • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks.
    • Uphold the Code of Conduct across all employee levels.

  • Performance & Employee Relations

    • Support and participate in increment meetings.
    • Drive HR Connect initiatives to strengthen employee engagement.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • a+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
