Solar Module Production Specialist

Oversee the production process of high-quality solar modules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple sections to ensure efficient production and maintenance of equipment.
  • Liaise with team members to transport materials and components within the production area.
  • Supervise advanced lamination operations, including recipes and parameters.
  • Maintain machinery in the framing section to meet production standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in solar module production, with expertise in stringer operation and maintenance.
  • Advanced knowledge of lamination operation and leadership skills to motivate production staff.
