
Senior Channel Sales Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead business development activities in channel sales for a designated territory under the guidance of a state head.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a channel strategy to maximize penetration and revenue from the territory, while achieving the desired market share and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Primary sales of Metal Composite Panels (ACPs, ZCPs, etc), HPL, Louvers, and Glass (Container, Sheets & renewables) to the distributor, mapping of assigned territory.
- Overall responsibility for all Sales and Business Development activities in the project for assigned Territory.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Executing channel sales strategy to drive market penetration and maximize revenue in the Territory.
- Growing and managing relationships with all stakeholders in the territory.
- Ensuring strong communication between all stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of information to benefit from market opportunities and implement changes and improvements.
