Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Employee Lifecycle Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, talent management, policy documentation, and employee engagement within a BPO environment.

This position requires a seasoned HR Business Partner with the ability to diagnose issues, utilize data and insights to develop appropriate solutions, and identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems driving efficiency and effectiveness across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement projects, documentation, and communication with employees.
  • Identify and assess the HR needs of the business and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Provide regular employee reports to stakeholders.
  • Support hiring mandates as per business requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact and support for employees on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and grievances.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Post-Graduation in HR or psychology preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR business partner or HR Operations role preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, talent management, hiring specifics, performance, and wellbeing initiatives.
