Job Description

The Sr. Analytics Business Partner will be part of the Employee Experience organization, reporting to the Director of Analytics Business Partnering.

This role will focus on India and also engage in global projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own relationship with stakeholders, serving as their main point of contact to the People Analytics team.
  • Consult with HRBPs, HR COEs, & leaders across the business to build a deep understanding of current business priorities, ensuring reporting and analysis align with those objectives.
  • Serve as a thought partner to HRBPs and other leaders, conducting analyses and/or literature reviews to advise on key business and people questions.
  • Leverage academic and industry research, analytics, and knowledge of HR trends to address practical business challenges.
  • Communicate priority HR initiatives and business context to the rest of the team and act as a driving force for clarity and execution.
  • Author presentations and communicate insights that promote action and positive impact.
  • Champion proper data handling to maintain privacy & confidentiality standards.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep dives on complex data, presenting to (non-analytical) audiences in a way that drives impact and decision making.
  • Explore, prototype and iterate on insights from internal data and research.
  • Partner with research, data science, and business intelligence members of People Analytics team on complex analyses, modelling, and data transformation.
  • Translate business requirements into technical reporting/BI requirements for BI projects, partnering with BI team on wireframing, testing and rollout of reporting/BI solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience working in HR and/or consulting to organizations (with 5+ years in people analytics)
  • Expertise in I/O psychology or a related field (i.e., advanced degree or equivalent experience in topics related to workplace psychology)
  • Statistical and analytical proficiency (i.e., able to interpret, explain and answer questions about data analysis and results, conduct basic statistical analyses)
  • Strong competency in storytelling with data and research, while ensuring the integrity of the results
  • Strong business acumen
  • Solid understanding of the HR landscape (functions and processes) and existing challenges and best practices
  • Excellent ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Python or R skills proficiency (preferred but not essential)
  • HR Analytics Certification (preferred)
