Job Title: Data Insight Strategist

About the Role:

The Data Insight Strategist is responsible for designing and maintaining a data warehouse of all data that can be used for analytics. This involves ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date-ness of the database of calls, donors, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, executing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and internal/external stakeholders;
  • Providing statistical analysis for stakeholders and researchers;
  • Creating impact/feedback reports for donors/partners;
  • Maintaining knowledge of the latest technologies/systems and processes in data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence;
  • Collaborating with external agencies to maintain the business intelligence platform;
  • Working with academia and researchers to create analytical and research reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience with data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence;
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
