Business Development Specialist
">Job Responsibilities:- We generate leads from assigned banks.
- Our team promotes various financial products to bank customers.
- We focus on customer business development.
- Relationship management is a key aspect of our role.
- Team members are paid by the insurance company.
- Appointment setting, exploring customer financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, selecting suitable products, gaining agreement, and completing sales documentation accurately are essential tasks.
- Previous experience in Life/Health/General Insurance is highly valued.
- We use bank databases, footfalls, and generated prospects to acquire new customers.
- Ensuring sales completion involves facilitating medical reports and issuing policy documents promptly.
- We continuously explore opportunities to develop new markets and segments in line with company sales strategies.
- Supporting other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services, and selling skills, accompanying them on client visits, and modeling relevant behavior is also part of our responsibilities.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Candidates should have at least one year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
- Applicants from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and other sales verticals are welcome.
