Overview:

The successful candidate will lead a team of Group Operations professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales and Actuarial teams to ensure seamless closure of individual Group processes.
  • Oversee the issuance of policies and resolution of customer and intermediary queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that established quality and quantity controls are maintained, contributing to proactive management and problem anticipation.
  • Develop and maintain an effective team that meets the evolving business needs of the organization.
Qualifications & Experience

MBA/ACII with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in customer services or operations departments is required. Associate of Insurance Institute certification is a plus.

Requirements

Strong leadership, team building, and influencing skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data processing and computer skills, including database management, word processors, and spreadsheets.
