We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate to join our team.

  • Assist with client onboarding and documentation processes

  • Help with back-office coordination and day-to-day operational tasks
  • Learn and work on Excel, CRM tools, and other financial platforms
Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting with client servicing, onboarding, and documentation processes. This will include supporting customer communication and service delivery, as well as helping with back-office coordination and day-to-day operational tasks.

  • Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
  • Customer Communication: Support customer communication and service delivery, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Back-Office Coordination: Help with back-office coordination and day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Learn and work on Excel, CRM tools, and other financial platforms, developing practical skills in finance, communication, and tools used in the financial advisory space.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts
