  • Monitor home loan customers' data to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance, fixed deposits, and other products.
  • Sources open market business to achieve assigned targets and expand the customer base.
  • Stays up-to-date on company offerings and competitor products to effectively handle customer objections and provide personalized solutions.
  • Conducts thorough customer profiling to understand their needs and recommends tailored investment and insurance options.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with Home Loan Executives to ensure joint calls and maximum attachments of files being disbursed.
  • Develops a deep understanding of customers' needs to cross-sell relevant products and enhance overall customer experience.
