Job Opportunity: IT Access Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Access Administrator to join our team. As an IT Access Administrator, you will be responsible for managing access control operations, user account administration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage access control operations, ensuring that all users have the necessary permissions to perform their duties.
  • Administer user accounts, creating new accounts, modifying existing ones, and deleting inactive accounts.
  • Generate reports on user activity, access requests, and other relevant metrics.
  • Develop and maintain processes for managing user access, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of user access, including login history and password resets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT access administration, user account management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and spoken skills in English.
  • Good reporting and monitoring skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in financial industry operations.
  • Knowledge of access control systems and user authentication protocols.
