Key Responsibilities

The IAM User Administrator plays a critical role in securing and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure by managing user access to various resources. This involves creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts, as well as defining and enforcing access policies aligned with industry best practices and organizational requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective management of user access to multiple resources, including end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Administration and support for Microsoft server operating systems.
  • Experience with request management tools and knowledge of role-based access control concepts.
  • Proficiency in multiple generations of Microsoft Excel software.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to understand access needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in administration and maintenance of end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technical proficiency with IAM tools and platforms, excellent communication skills, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
