Job Title: Access Management Specialist
Job Description:The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the daily operations for the Identity and Access Management function by ensuring that native user data is aggregated to Onecert.
- Ensure Userdata is refreshed to Onecert periodically, as per defined timelines, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
- Extract and upload Userlists to Onecert, converting them from various sources.
- Generate reports and follow a defined escalation process to source Userlists.
- Respond to business requests for Userlists and SAM Documents.
- Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
This role also involves collaborating with external teams for Userlist sourcing and working with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency in Excel VBA and Macros.
Fluency in English.
