**Job Title:** System Access Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage user access to banking portals and systems. This is a key role within our team, responsible for administering user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain user access to banking systems and applications
  • Ensure timely provisioning, modification, and deactivation of user access based on role requirements and organizational policies
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of access rights to ensure compliance with security policies
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures related to system access
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing access issues
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve access management processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in information security, technical support, and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of access management principles, role-based access controls, and security best practices
  • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of Visa systems and practices a plus
