Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Access Management Specialist to join our team. As an Access Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining access to various systems and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active Directory Management: Ensure that Active Directory is properly configured and maintained to ensure secure access to systems and resources.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and implement processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, including enabling and disabling logical and physical access.
  • Client Engagement: Provide excellent client engagement skills to ensure timely follow-up on client tool and application access provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Service Desk Management: Manage Service Desk tickets related to access issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Folder Share Drive Management: Ensure that folder share drives are properly provisioned and revoked as needed.
  • MIS Reporting: Generate daily MIS reports to track access-related activities.
  • Daily Email Management: Manage daily email communications with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve access-related problems.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Rotational Shift Work: Willingness to work rotational shifts as required.
