Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Educational Counsellors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for empowering aspiring healthcare professionals with specialized certificate and diploma programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students to provide personalized guidance and support.
  • Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions by highlighting the benefits of our programs.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course based on their aspirations and career objectives.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly to students and their families.
  • Manage CRM tools to track lead generation, follow-ups, payments, and EMI schedules.
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals by maintaining a high level of motivation and energy.
  • Build trust with students and their families by explaining the career roadmap and potential earnings.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counselling/BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
  • Possession of passion for education and healthcare sector is a plus.
