Job Title: Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals and teams, driving growth in assets under management (AUM), and ensuring minimum client profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity markets and related areas, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex client requirements. They will also have a good understanding of financial markets and economic trends.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Meet individual and team targets for HNI/TPP and banking
  • Ensure minimum client profitability of Rs 1,00,000 per customer from 75% of the self-base for RMs and self & team level for Senior RMs
  • Achieve AUM growth objectives of 10% growth in AUM for self-base for RMs and self & team level for Senior RMs
  • Focus on client acquisition and retention through relationship management

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also possess:

  • Strong knowledge of equity and related areas
  • Result and process orientation with a focus on creating measures of excellence
  • Strategic planning with clear achievable goals

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in wealth management, insurance, or retail relationship management. Relevant certifications such as AMFI, NCFM, CAIIB, and IRDA are also highly desirable.
