About the Role

We are seeking a talented Director of Wealth to lead our team of relationship professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee client portfolios, present global asset classes, and help clients make informed investment decisions.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive wealth management strategy that drives business growth and ensures alignment with the company's global investment vision.
  • Distributor Management: Collaborate with channel partners to bring global investing products to their clients through relationship managers and advisors.
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Provide personalized advice and support to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Portfolio & Investment Management: Oversee client portfolios, identify global investment opportunities, and provide recommendations for asset allocation and portfolio diversification.
  • Market Research & Product Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities to discover new products and services that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • No less than 8 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent highly desirable.
