Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Product Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills in both backend and frontend technologies, experience with API development, integration, and database management, and excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination

Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate engineering workflows, this engineer will instill feedback-driven development and experimentation culture across product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bridge the gap between engineering and product requirements, deeply understanding product vision, business logic, and end-user needs
  • Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Own feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery
  • Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability
  • Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders
  • Establish efficient team workflows and document systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders
  • Coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and product teams
