Real Estate Investment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Real Estate Investment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) interested in real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and connect with HNIs who are interested in real estate investments through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Generate leads by leveraging your network and building relationships with potential investors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HNI prospects for the Real Estate Fund.
  • Client Engagement
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their investment appetite and suitability.
  • Educate prospects about the Real Estate Fund's structure, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings for senior Wealth Managers or Investment Advisors to close opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay up-to-date on wealth management, investment, and real estate trends to identify opportunities.
  • Research HNI investor behavior and preferences to tailor outreach.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline movement.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Exposure to HNI client acquisition, preferably in Real Estate or Investment Funds.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, persistent, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
