
Wealth Management Director

Findoc is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Premier Client Group (PCG) Desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and servicing Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) by offering a wide range of wealth management solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial products such as PMS, AIFs, bonds, mutual funds, and stock market offerings, including algo trading. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and leading a team that will deliver personalized financial services to UHNWIs while driving business growth.
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Drive the acquisition of UHNWIs and HNWIs, creating tailored wealth management strategies to meet their unique financial needs.
- Promote and sell large portfolios, including PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership & Expansion:
- Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers, client servicing professionals, and other staff members.
- Foster a collaborative, client-centric team culture, ensuring each member delivers exceptional service and meets client expectations.
Investment Product Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products such as PMS, AIFs, bonds, and mutual funds, and be able to communicate their features and benefits effectively to clients.
- Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies, new investment products, and regulatory changes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
