Strategic HR Business Partner Opportunity

About the role:

The Strategic HR Business Partner plays a pivotal and hands-on role in crafting and executing people strategies that drive business growth.

This role partners closely with key stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance management, retention initiatives, rewards, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, HR functional expertise to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast-paced business.
  2. Engage; work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for Compensation & Benefits, Staffing, HR Services, and the business.
  3. Operate independently; ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best Practices.
  4. Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  5. Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute on corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  6. Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  7. Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the organization.
  8. Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
