Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive designs for complex structural projects, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and engineering disciplines.
  • Create detailed technical reports, specifications, and construction documents that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee adherence to design, safety, and quality protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Evaluate and approve design calculations, models, and construction documents, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Mentor junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
  • Promote adherence to industry codes, standards, and client requirements, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
  • Perform feasibility studies and cost estimations for structural projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 5-10 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, AISC, Eurocodes, or other international standards
  • Hands-on experience in creating detailed engineering drawings and models
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
