This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to start their professional career in structural engineering within an international environment.

  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering (completed in 2024/2025)
  • Strong academic performance (First Class with Distinction or equivalent)
  • Graduate from a top-tier Indian university (IIT, NIT, IISc, etc.)
  • Solid theoretical knowledge of reinforced concrete, cement-based structures, and steel design
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software (academic or project use)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn from senior engineers
  • Able to work under a GSTIN-registered freelance/consultant setup
