We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to lead our enterprise applications across HR, Finance, Admin, Operations, and Legal functions within the Indian insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and strong exposure to regulatory interactions (UIDAI, Aadhaar). This role demands excellent vendor and budget management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal).">
  • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.">
  • Able to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE, and Cloud Native applications.">
  • Experience in Cloud Platform – AZURE and AWS.">
  • Familiarity with AI and Agentic AI application use cases.">
  • Evaluation and development of new applications.">

Regulatory Compliance Support:

  • Liaise with external regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaar authorities.">
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.">

Project and Change Management:

  • Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements.">
  • Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.">

Incident and Problem Management:

  • Ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.">

Vendor and Budget Management:

Stakeholder Engagement:

Documentation and Reporting:
