Highly Skilled Enterprise Application Tester

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with development, product, and operations teams to identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reporting.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in testing enterprise applications.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably in telecom or enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and defect management tools.
- Proficiency in writing test cases, bug reports, and test documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certification (e.g., ISTQB) preferred.
Skills:
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
