Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to oversee the strategic management of IT applications across our campus.

This includes managing enterprise systems, driving integration and innovation, and ensuring seamless operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams and managing complex projects, with expertise in application integration and vendor management.

A strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for this role, which involves partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an application roadmap aligned with institutional goals.
  • Manage vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Lead user adoption initiatives, including training and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Around 15 years of progressive experience in IT application management.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, ERP, SIS, LMS, and other enterprise systems.
  • Strong experience in application integration and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex projects.
