Senior Technical Analyst - IGA Job Summary

The Senior Technical Analyst - IGA role involves onboarding applications, interacting with application owners, gathering information for the IAM process, coordinating testing, and maintaining accurate statuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new applications into the IGA system
  • Interact with application owners to understand their systems and explain integration processes and goals
  • Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within applications
  • Coordinate testing and validate custom development required by app teams
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations as per governance best practices and application requirements
  • Assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Maintain and report accurate statuses for all onboarded applications
  • Collaborate with multiple application teams simultaneously
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 7-9 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst
  • Knowledge of identity mapping, source, and target application configuration
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Provisioning
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Risk-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation expertise
  • Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes
  • Developing forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates, and custom reports
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification
