Finance Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, managing budgets, forecasts, and reports, and ensuring timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain project/client data for informed decision-making and accurate reporting.">
  • Create and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.">
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.">
  • Prepare, discuss, and document detailed reports on projects and clients, highlighting issues.">
  • Process invoices for clients, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.">
  • Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered promptly, and reconcile statements of accounts.">
  • Manage monthly and annual GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.">
  • Handle monthly TDS filings for the Indian entity and assist with compliance audits.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (CA Inter Pass is an added advantage).">
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Finance team.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Strong decision-making skills.">
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details.">
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).">
