Responsibilities:- Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product overviews.
- Conduct research, gather product information from meetings and specifications, and consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality and contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing skills.
- Coordination with onsite trainers for required document deliverables.
- Proven English writing skills.
- Knowledge of MSTP.
- Exposure to programming languages.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio is required.
OthersSelf-motivation, a positive attitude, analytical skills, and strong research skills are essential for success in this role.
