Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from preparation and submission of tenders to review and analysis of results. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client requirements.
  • Review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Draft and structure high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.
  • Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and post-submission follow-up with clients and partners.
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of experience in tender management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
