Optimize Blending and Planning Roles

This critical role plays a key part in optimizing raw material blending and production planning across global operations, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality control, and AI-driven analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing blend schedules for pet coke feedstock across regions.
  • Tracking inventories and production rates to ensure alignment with shipment schedules.
  • Evaluating sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs while meeting product quality specs.
  • Building and maintaining business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Handling SAP transactions and generating reports on production, inventory, and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in planning or blending, preferably in carbon or metallurgical industries.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in a global team environment.
