About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining effective communication and executing deliverables with precision.
  • Support the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assist in handling client meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients, ensuring consistent, on-brand content and timely updates.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Bring innovative ideas and strategies to enhance clients' digital and offline presence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
  • Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings within the location.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships.
