Programmatic Ads Planner Role

We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Ads Planner to lead the planning and execution of programmatic campaigns across leading demand-side platforms (DSPs).

This strategic role offers ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to drive real impact. As a Programmatic Ads Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing programmatic campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Conducting audience segmentation and media planning to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and strategy, across time zones.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in programmatic media planning, preferably in a digital advertising agency or a large-scale advertiser.
  • Proficiency in at least one DSP (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and experience with data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Self-motivation, independence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
