We're seeking a seasoned Paid Media Strategist to spearhead our advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

This leadership role requires someone with hands-on expertise in campaign building, team management, and driving momentum.

As the Head of Paid Media, you'll oversee a high-performing team, manage complex campaigns, and develop a comprehensive media buying strategy.

  • Develop and execute full-funnel strategies for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Manage large budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
  • Oversee media buying, audience targeting, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, data, and product teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
  • Provide regular reports, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends to maintain competitiveness and compliance
Requirements:
  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
  • Proven success managing large-scale campaigns across regions
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Able to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or international growth campaigns
