Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a paid media strategy aligned with brand and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Data, and Sales to deliver integrated growth plans.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging ad tech.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, with proven leadership in paid media.
  • A track record of scaling budgets and delivering measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • The ability to inspire and align cross-team execution.
