As a seasoned BIS certification expert, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification process. With a focus on compliance and transparency, our team aims to facilitate hassle-free trade for our clients.

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in BIS standards under the ISI Mark Scheme-1. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of BIS regulations and be able to provide expert assistance in registration, documentation, product testing, and certification.

Certification Process Overview

  • Provide detailed guidance on BIS certification requirements
  • Assist clients in identifying applicable BIS standards and categories for their products
  • Facilitate preparation and submission of BIS applications and required documentation
  • Coordinate with BIS-recognized laboratories for product testing and obtain necessary test reports
  • Ensure products meet technical standards for performance and safety as required by BIS regulations
  • Act as primary point of contact between clients and BIS officials to expedite certification process
  • Track and monitor application status, ensuring timely follow-up and approval
  • Advise clients on testing and post-certification compliance
  • Provide ongoing support to clients in maintaining compliance, managing renewals, and addressing regulatory concerns
  • Stay updated with changes in BIS regulations, especially for products under the ISI Mark Scheme-1

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering preferred
  • 0-2 years of working experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BIS standards under the ISI Mark Scheme-1
  • Knowledge of BIS portal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
