Job Title: Financial Analyst – India

  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and advisory services to clients in India.
  • Deliver expert accounting, taxation, auditing, financial planning, and compliance services to domestic Indian clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.
  • Conduct statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements laid down by ICAI and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents.
  • Manage audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services, ensuring clients comply with relevant taxation regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Offer guidance and support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions as necessary.
  • Maintain client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic financial advice and solutions.
  • Keep abreast of changes in taxation laws, regulatory updates, and accounting standards.
  • Train and mentor junior accountants, facilitating their professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances.
  • Experience in reputable accounting firms or corporate financial roles preferred.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.) and taxation tools.
