Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Manager. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to manage daily financial activities and ensure seamless financial operations within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day transactions, ensuring accuracy in daily financial postings, reconciliations, and closing activities, and overseeing cash flow to ensure the organization meets all financial commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure accuracy in daily financial postings, reconciliations, and closing activities.
  • Oversee cash flow to ensure the organization meets all financial commitments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience (4+ years) in an accounting or finance role, ideally in managing day-to-day operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with various departments.
